Review by hotel critic
Trekking up the Swiss Alps can work up quite an appetite, and Therme 51° Hotel Physio & Spa's culinary offerings did not disappoint. A cozy dinner at the Quellenstube restaurant within the hotel was a highlight of my stay. The ambiance was inviting, reminiscent of traditional Swiss chalets. The menu boasted a fusion of local specialties and international flavors, a perfect reflection of Switzerland's multicultural palate. On another evening, I ventured to a nearby gem, Restaurant Roemerhof, just a short stroll away. The satisfying meal I enjoyed there perfectly complemented the day's adventures. The dining experience was a delightful immersion into the local gastronomy scene, offering a taste of authentic Swiss cuisine. From hearty dishes to delicate desserts, each bite was a celebration of culinary creativity.I found that the breakfast at the hotel was good overall, though the coffee left much to be desired. Thankfully, the rest of the spread more than made up for it, ensuring a fulfilling start to my days exploring the Alpine wonderland. it was about savoring the essence of Swiss hospitality and culinary innovation. A gastronomic journey that perfectly complemented my Alpine escapades.
